There are many individuals in our city and state who face a variety of life challenges on a daily basis. These challenges make it virtually impossible for them to have a good quality of life. They often need resources, supports and services that are not readily available or they may have difficulty accessing them. This goal of this Foundation is to provide resources, services, supports, and access to assist them with improving their quality of life. They need you! How can you help?
